Week Four

Week four comes to an end and I went back to my workout hard. I was able to workout four days and did six cardio workouts. I ran ten miles and biked four times. I was even able to swim 250 yards and do a yoga class.

Total calories burned 7342.
Average weight - 198.6
Body Fat % - 14.0

Week Three

So this week has come to an end and it has not been a great week.
I think I'm going to add a measure for each week just to see the formal workouts that I do.

This week I was able to go on a three mile run... 9 minute / mile pace.
Total calories burned 670.
Average weight - 199.4
Body Fat % - 14.2

Week Two

It has been a struggle to get in the swing again.... I think I suffer through this every year.
Anyways, this week I'm at a even 200.0 pounds with a body fat of 14.2%.

First Week Back

The first day back from my overly long vacation has me tilting the scale at 199.2 pounds and a body fat percentage of 13.9%. I've had a hard time getting to the gym since my family got me a PS3 system for Christmas and I spent an inordinately long stretches of precious workout time playing a new game. Anyho... it's time to get back to work and also working out. I'm lucky that I actually lost a pound over the last three weeks. I guess that diet is also important since I really didn’t pig out over the break.
